This neighborhood is ripe with hiking and biking trails, seasonal creeks, tennis courts, and golfing, all within a throw of downtown Durango. The Hillcrest golf course, a local favorite, provides another vantage point to take in the incredible, elevated views of this neighborhood. This neighborhood consists of townhomes, condos, and single-family dwellings that range from charming 1980s architecture to new construction.
