Located in the heart of Durango is the historic neighborhood known as “The Grid.'' Just walking distance from downtown, this district is a reflection of the history of Durango’s southwestern mountain culture. It is full of beautiful, remodeled Victorian and craftsman-style homes, many equipped with ADUs for rental opportunities. The Grid remains quiet and private with its old-growth trees, landscapes, and parks interspersed throughout. When you’re not out enjoying the restaurants and bars, you can easily access hiking and mountain biking through the Horse Gulch Trail system, which spans over 1,500 acres and sits just behind the neighborhood.
